Step 1 Raw Material Admission — Strict Control at the Source

Shuaiyi fully recognizes that high-quality products originate from premium raw materials. Therefore, we have set up a strict supplier access mechanism in raw material procurement, and only cooperate with large-scale qualified raw material manufacturers with solid industry reputation.

Upon raw material arrival, our quality inspection team conducts immediate sampling tests. We analyze chemical compositions via spectrometers to ensure qualified element content, and carry out mechanical property tests to examine material strength, hardness and toughness, so as to keep unqualified raw materials out of production.

Step 2 Production Process — Full Controllability and Traceability

The quality control system runs through the whole production procedure. Strict process standards and operating specifications are applied to every working procedure including stainless steel annealing and superalloy forging. Production equipment records real-time process parameters, making the whole production process of each batch fully traceable.

We introduce solid-solution gas tube annealing furnaces to accurately control annealing temperature and atmosphere, ensuring uniform metallographic structure of stainless steel and improving its corrosion resistance and machinability. Equipped with plasma cutting, waterjet cutting and laser cutting equipment, we achieve high-precision cutting with minimal dimensional errors to meet customers’ high-precision customization demands.

During production, inspectors conduct regular random inspections on semi-finished products. Production will be suspended immediately for troubleshooting once defects are found, preventing defective semi-finished products from flowing into subsequent processes.

Step 3 Finished Product Inspection — Multiple Certifications for Quality Assurance

Comprehensive inspections are conducted on finished products as the final check before delivery. We are equipped with a complete set of testing devices to fulfill full-range tests from non-destructive inspection to performance detection:

• Non-destructive Testing: Adopt UT ultrasonic flaw detection and ET eddy current testing to check internal defects such as cracks and pores.
• Hydrostatic Test: Perform high-pressure water pressure tests on pipe products to verify tightness and pressure resistance.
• Spectral Analysis: Reconfirm chemical compositions to fully comply with customer requirements.
• SEM Analysis: Observe material microstructures to evaluate overall material performance and quality.

All products must pass all above tests to obtain qualification certificates. Meanwhile, our products have obtained certifications issued by internationally authoritative institutions including SGS, ECM and TUV. Some products are also certified by China’s national military-grade metal material testing laboratories. These qualifications are not only recognition of our product quality, but also passports for us to enter the global high-end market.

Step 4 Warehousing & Logistics — Ensure Undamaged Product Delivery

All qualified products are stored in our modern warehouses with an average monthly stock capacity of 2,000 tons, capable of fulfilling large-volume orders. Professional warehouse management systems are adopted for classified storage of products in different specifications and materials, avoiding mixed placement, moisture damage and other risks.

We select optimal shipping solutions based on client demands, with a monthly port shipment volume of 500 tons to guarantee on-time delivery. For export goods, our international trade team prepares customs declaration documents and certification materials in advance to ensure smooth customs clearance, bringing customers worry-free service experience.
